The Senior Curriculum Manager leads content development initiatives, manages curriculum projects, and provides advanced instructional support across Boston Institute of Finance (BIF) educational programs. This role bridges operational curriculum management with strategic planning, requiring both hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities while reporting to the Sr. Director of Curriculum and Instruction.

Plays a crucial role in developing, improving, and delivering high-quality educational products for both asynchronous and synchronous learners. Requires effective collaboration with instructional designers, writers, course developers, regulatory staff, and external customers. Combines strategic oversight, innovative design, and operational management.

Oversees cross-functional curriculum design and implementation projects that power Kiddom’s next generation of K–12 digital learning experiences, bridging content development, instructional design, and project management to ensure every learning solution meets high standards for academic rigor, accessibility, and user experience.
