Service inbound and outbound customer calls pertaining to voluntary surrender. Maintain clear and descriptive notes and prepare delinquent accounts for repossession status. Communicate with vendors and review accounts for repossession and legal actions against debtors. Issue written and oral instructions and enforce compliance with Collection Standard of Conduct policies.
