We are looking for someone who is a servant leader with excellent customer service skills to build the best experience for onboarding Corporate, Non-Profit, and Trust accounts. Responsibilities include helping customers complete ID verification, reviewing documentation, and communicating with clients to obtain additional information. The role also involves coordinating with the custodian and internal teams to improve the onboarding process.
