Handle tickets from start to finish utilizing various tools. Expedite other agent tickets and follow up when necessary. Provide excellent, empathetic, and effective customer service. Speak up and notify leads of any issues or questions. Handle upwards of 40+ tickets per day and maintain CSAT quality of 95% or higher. Responsibly respond to tickets within 4-24 hours for initial and follow up responses. Handle Chats/Phone Calls with good attendance, create SOP's, and build efficiencies within work flows. Possible leading of internal projects, second shift opportunities and weekend shifts.
