As a GRC AI Subject Matter Expert, you’ll help make sure AI features are accurate, auditable, and aligned with real-world compliance standards. You’ll bridge deep GRC knowledge with hands-on AI evaluation, ensuring that every model output we ship is trustworthy, explainable, and customer-ready.

You will play a crucial role in delivering a secure product experience to customers, ensuring the security and compliance of systems and data. Responsibilities include implementation and monitoring of security tooling, responding to Requests for Proposals, monitoring endpoint detection platforms, conducting penetration tests, and managing compliance requests.

We are looking for a player-coach Head of Security to build and lead our security engineering function at a critical growth stage, where you’ll be hands-on with our security infrastructure while establishing the strategic foundation for our security program. You'll work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure our stablecoin platform meets the highest security standards, balancing technical excellence with the regulatory rigor our industry demands.

As the Director of Security for Veeam Data Cloud (VDC), you will own the vision and execution of our security strategy, ensuring that we anticipate risks and build resilient defences as we scale. This role requires a strong “nose for risk”; the ability to spot emerging threats in complex, fast-growing SaaS environments and translate them into pragmatic controls and business decisions.
