You will play a critical role in protecting the organisation from cyber threats, managing incidents, and ensuring the continuous operation of security systems. The position involves hands-on technical work with security tools, vulnerability management, and incident response, while also contributing to strategic security initiatives.

The Director of Information Security provides strategic leadership and vision for enterprise-wide security operations, governance, and risk management, overseeing and maturing the organization’s operations security program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, partnering with senior leadership, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to embed security into products, services, and culture.

The Associate Cybersecurity Analyst will support the daily operations of EQT’s cybersecurity program, including monitoring security events and maintaining key security tools such as log management, email security, firewalls, CASB, EDR, and risk management platforms. This role will assist in deploying new features within existing toolsets, managing phishing simulations, and responding to user security inquiries.

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Security Analyst, you will be a critical part of our defense, responsible for continuous monitoring of security events, swift triage of potential incidents, and effective resolution of identified threats. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various attack vectors, security technologies, and incident response methodologies, with a passion for proactive threat detection and mitigation.

Primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining the enterprise network, which includes corporate and regional LAN, WAN (SD-WAN), Internet access, and Wi-Fi, along with overseeing IT security and safety of the computing environment from any types of internal/external and cyber threats. This role will be based remotely in Canada.
