The BI Developer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and implementing business intelligence solutions. Will need to assist in the build of new solutions for reporting and analytics, including model development, data visualizations, security, and governance. Designing and maintaining complex ETL processes, data models, data storage, and monitoring systems. Designing and maintaining BI reports and gathering or digesting product requirements from business analysts and internal stakeholders, and suggesting reporting solutions.

The Enterprise Data Team collaborates with every department at GitLab to develop trusted data products and responsibly harness the power of our data. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end development process for data products - from business requirements gathering, to dashboard development, to the delivery of actionable insights and recommendations.

This interactive role performs business analysis using various programs including SQL, and Power BI. You'll research best practices and support developing the solutions recommendations for current business operations. Works with internal and external customers to identify analytical requirements based on business requests and needs, turning data into critical information.
