Focus on project work, debugging performance degradations, audits, and health checks. Design and help implement new Cassandra and MongoDB deployments. Evaluate existing clusters and provide recommendations on best practices. Debug high priority issues on mission critical production environments. Engage with the Cassandra and Mongo DB community. Automate and provide documentation on operational procedures.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team and spearhead the evolution of our AI Data Platform. This internally developed platform is the backbone of our AI development, which has resulted in 6 FDA-cleared AI products. You will take ownership of our data infrastructure, leading the technical strategy and development efforts to scale, optimize, and enhance our capabilities.

You will build new features, products, integrations, and back-end services and design scalable systems to support millions of users.

Develop data pipelines to process and analyse large amounts of information and prepare training datasets. Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, discover trends and patterns. Develop and implement generative AI models to address real-world challenges across various domains. Conduct research on emerging generative AI techniques and algorithms.

Play a critical role in building the data infrastructure and tools that help us measure the impact of our campaigns and set our team up for success. You'll design and maintain pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
