The Lead Database Consultant will supply complete support for all aspects of database and application infrastructure to a variety of clients, as assigned. You will provide client service associated with Database Consultants such as the coordination, analysis, design, implementation, and administration of IT solutions, including database server configuration and maintenance. You will also analyze client’s infrastructure and processes.

As a Data Solutions Manager, you will own key stakeholder relationships and collaborate across client-side departments to design, develop, and operationalize data for digital analytics platforms. You will play a hands-on leadership role in implementing and optimizing DMPs, CDPs, MTAs, media tracking, and tag management solutions, ensuring reliable data collection and actionable insights.

Lead and scale the data team across data engineering, analytics engineering, and data science, reporting to the CTO and partnering with the Data Strategy Manager. The focus is on building robust data systems, developing engineering talent, and driving operational excellence. Requires expertise in data, leading technical teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
