We are seeking a customer-centric, details-driven Deployment Engineer to ensure that we are providing a smooth and efficient deployment process for our customers. The Deployment Engineer is responsible for managing the technical action items for each deployment process, with the primary focus of deploying custom data integration interfaces to a variety of different public safety software systems. This is a client-facing position, which would require remote presentation and communication skills on a regular basis.

As a DevOps Engineer you will work with Cloud Operations Engineers to contribute to new features and ideas while ensuring key services are available and performing as expected. You will also produce status reports detailing project activities and work with Service Delivery on problem remediation via automation and scripting.
