As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team focused on developing our payments platform infrastructure for secure financial transactions. You'll collaborate with payment processing partners to identify new workflows and work with UX, Design, and Experimentation teams to build a seamless front-end web experience, enabling easy payments and account management. This role defines and executes the product roadmap, mentors the team, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

As a Product Operations Specialist I, you will be a key part of the operational engine that enables our teams by assisting with process improvements, communication, and metrics. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Program & Operations, you will be a key collaborator, learning the operational cadence of our product lifecycle contributing to a more efficient and aligned organization allowing our teams to build and ship with greater speed and confidence.

As a Product Designer II, you will contribute to significant features, working within a cross-functional team to translate user needs and AI capabilities into intuitive and effective design solutions. Own the end-to-end design process for small to medium-sized features, from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes. Actively participate in user research to identify key insights and translate them into design decisions.
