What You'll Do:
- Own the conversational AI roadmap across voice, chat, and messaging channels.
- Define AI agent behavior standards, including authentication, intent recognition, and human handoffs.
- Drive performance metrics like latency, containment, and cost per resolution while ensuring compliance.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of 0-1 Product Management experience, with LLM-based capabilities shipped in production.
- Hands-on experience with voice agents, chat agents, IVR, or contact center technology.
- Strong analytical skills and a B2B2C mindset, thriving in ambiguous environments.
