At NeoTaste, as a Junior CRM Automation Manager, you’ll help design, implement, and optimize automated communication flows that boost engagement, reduce churn, and drive retention, especially for our users. You will build, launch, and refine automated CRM flows in Braze to improve key KPIs and support the setup of partner-facing and user-facing communications, allowing senior team members to focus on strategy and long-term roadmap initiatives.
