Responsible for supporting technicians with validated designs, detailed implementations, and service/maintenance assistance on clients’ physical security systems. You will work with teams for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of access control systems, video surveillance, and other physical security technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in physical security systems and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Physical Security Support Engineer will aid field and internal technical resources in analyzing, installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining security infrastructure and application components relating to Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Alarm technologies. To aid in successful project completion, this position will provide direction, information, and technical support to field technicians and internal stakeholders.
