Costa Rica FP&A Team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support North America Corporate team with all financial deliverables such as month end close responsibilities, spending forecasting, regular monitoring of our performance metrics and other ad-hoc analysis. You will provide business partnering support internally within the Corporate Team.

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team, this role involves managing expenses, providing financial insights for business decisions, and ensuring accurate planning and forecasting. The role also includes ownership of the company’s planning and forecasting tool, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

This role reports to the Head of FP&A, supporting Finance efforts including monthly/quarterly forecasting, business partnering, SaaS reporting, and process improvement. The role will track key metrics, support budgeting, and develop into a trusted finance business partner across all business units, understanding and scrutinising data. The role will work with Data and Finance teams to maintain reports and support the development of visualisations and dashboards.

The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in supporting the financial and commercial success of Experian Health's North America business. You will oversee revenue operations, commercial pricing, and analytics across several sales channels, product suites, and client segments. The manager will guide process governance, pricing integrity, and continuous improvement in revenue accuracy and operational efficiency, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Contracts teams.
