This is a full-time remote role. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of revenue cycle processes for CFG facilities, including managing denials, reporting updates to leadership, cash flow, and process improvement. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with managed care policies, private pay, and optimizing revenue. Additionally, the manager will analyze financial data to spot trends and improve revenue streams.

The Lock Desk Analyst will support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock, change, and extension requests, adhering to rate lock policies. Responsibilities include processing rate lock requests in Encompass, change requests, and assisting Loan Officers with inquiries. The role involves system changes, testing, and process flow enhancements within Secondary Marketing.
