You will directly communicate with contacts at hedge funds, banks, and asset originators, providing valuable reporting and analytics services to assist with their internal processes.

Lead development efforts to assess and document current and future processes across the enterprise. Collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and plans that align with business and IT goals, optimizing processes and leveraging IT assets. Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.

The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leading comprehensive financial forecasting, driving strategic business partnerships, and delivering detailed monthly/quarterly reporting. They will enhance product profitability analysis, optimize financial processes, and support strategic projects with financial analysis.

This role will analyze and report on market events with a quantitative lens, produce research around a thesis or developing market narrative/meta, and manage our DeFi analyst partner program to grow a network of researchers covering Gauntlet. A qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in DeFi research and strong knowledge of tokenomics.
