We’re looking for a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to join Procore’s Finance organization. In this role, you’ll support the administration of our variable incentive compensation systems, enhance business processes, and partner with our Revenue organization. The primary goal of this role is to ensure accurate and effective commission plan administration while driving insights that inform business decisions.
