The Designer has a unique understanding of strategy and a talent for creative development and meticulous execution. The designer will deliver high-quality projects that help drive both the brand experience and demand generation.

PIP Labs needs a Visual Designer to join their Brand Design team. As Visual Designer, you will design high-quality visuals across brand surfaces, collaborate on product and brand launches, work on event design, and maintain visual consistency while adapting assets for different formats and audiences.

As a Designer at Upstatement, you will contribute throughout the entire project, developing designs and ensuring that the final product is pixel perfect. You'll create compelling designs that are beautiful, functional, and brand right, while also supporting Creative Directors from initial ideation to final production.

Design visually engaging and user-friendly assets across both desktop and mobile platforms, participate in ideation and research phases to contribute to the overall design direction of projects, develop and maintain typography guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across our products, and collaborate effectively with other designers and creative directors.

As Visual Design Lead, you will drive the creative output across a range of innovative projects. You'll develop brand identities, create visuals for digital products and advertising, and lead designers on project teams. Responsibilities include scoping design phases, mentoring junior designers, and representing the company at pitches.
