• Define and operationalize the clinical informatics strategy across the payer–provider platform.
• Serve as the authority on clinical data interpretation, quality measures, risk adjustment methodologies, and clinical defensibility.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate clinical requirements into scalable, production-ready platform capabilities.
