As our founding Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process for critical hires—from sourcing and outreach, to guiding candidates through a best-in-class experience, to closing talent in a competitive market.
As a Technical Recruiter or Senior Technical Recruiter, you will support our efforts to recruit Research, Data Scientist, and related technical roles. You will be a full-cycle recruiting expert who excels at closing and candidate experience while sourcing a rich pipeline of candidates. You will be the primary interface for hiring managers as you develop pipelines of rarified talent and guide them through our rigorous process.
