As the Compliance Training Program Manager, you will design and own Mercury’s enterprise-wide compliance training program. This role ensures employees understand and adhere to regulatory, ethical, and operational standards in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. You will report to the Senior Manager of Compliance Governance & Oversight and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
