This People Operations Generalist role involves facilitating People activities throughout the entire cycle of an employee's time at Reserv, from onboarding to offboarding. The person will collaborate with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to gather necessary onboarding information and ensure accurate HRIS entry, ensure best in class onboarding, and act as a point of contact for team members, addressing questions and assisting with inquiries.

This role based in Colombia will support employees and leaders across the Americas region, focusing on LATAM markets like Colombia and Brazil. The PBP is a trusted advisor, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent planning, performance management, and employee engagement, delivering people strategies aligning with Velocity Global’s goals, ensuring compliance with local laws.
