Monitor key metrics to formulate corrective action impacting new business hit, renewal retention, premium growth, and loss ratio

Communicates with retail agency personnel and underwriters to ensure accurate account information.
Will prepare and handle existing renewal accounts. Solicit new business from retail clients
Manage around 50 accounts a week, ranging from $1,500 up to $300k in premium.
