Expected to efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of company’s revenues and growth.

The Commercial Lines Underwriting Specialist is responsible for underwriting and marketing of new and/or renewal business and endorsements within designated authority level, aligned with achieving our corporate objectives. Independently manages assigned territory to achieve corporate objectives. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise to write quality Manufacturing and Distribution accounts.

This Underwriting position will support new business production as part of an assigned underwriting territory. They will help manage the assigned underwriting territory(s) to achieve profitable grown, including underwriting new business and performing internal marketing to our Agent partners. This position will help identify new business opportunities and manage existing agency relationships.
