Help lead Openly’s state management efforts on the Insurance Product team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Insurance Product Management, this individual will lead a team of product managers to drive critical aspects of our state insurance product management function. Drive the profitable management of Openly’s insurance products, including coordination of product development, pricing, forms, compliance, underwriting, risk selection, and regulatory approval.
This role is pivotal in advancing product strategy, managing risk, and ensuring our offerings remain competitive in the market. Driving execution of pricing strategies for variable annuities and RILA products. Collaborate with business leadership to craft innovative product designs and concepts.
This role is ideal for a collaborative and forward-thinking actuary who thrives in a dynamic environment focused on modernizing life insurance offerings for profitable growth. You’ll work closely with product management, implementation, and competitive intelligence teams to lead pricing initiatives, financial modeling, and governance communications.
