Help lead Openly’s state management efforts on the Insurance Product team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Insurance Product Management, this individual will lead a team of product managers to drive critical aspects of our state insurance product management function. Drive the profitable management of Openly’s insurance products, including coordination of product development, pricing, forms, compliance, underwriting, risk selection, and regulatory approval.

Drive our companywide product efforts and bring Openly insurance products to independent agents across the country. This role offers the opportunity to lead key insurance product management initiatives like establishing an strategy for promoting multi-line growth, generating a strategy for determining appetite for catastrophe risk, building and launching new products, and determining KPI’s and thresholds for decision-making. This role will also interact with business leaders across Technology and Operations Teams.
