Manage a portfolio of clients: operational execution of missions, guarantee of customer satisfaction, mastery of the economic components of the portfolio (billing, profitability, etc.). Analysis of the R&D and innovation projects of our clients (startups, SMEs, medium-sized companies, large groups) and their financial valuation. Study of public funding possibilities. Preparation of technical and financial justification files, and support for the client throughout all stages of the mission.

This role is ideal for an experienced, results-driven consultant with a deep understanding of Workday’s Talent and Learning modules and a strong track record of delivering implementations specifically for public sector clients. You will lead and support Talent & Learning module implementations for a variety of clients, ensuring that project delivery aligns with the unique operational, compliance, and workforce development needs of public agencies and institutions.

You will get the opportunity to design and architect solutions for customers, solving key business challenges to ensure that their needs are met. Partnering with customers and internal team members to deliver high quality solutions, using a broad skill set across design, build, soliciting feedback, and presenting design reviews to produce eloquent solutions from requirements definition through to execution.
