Provide direct technical support for end user software and hardware products, including Dante AVIO adapter family, Dante Controller, Dante Virtual Soundcard, Dante Via, and Dante Domain Manager. Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues, providing workarounds and escalating issues with the Audinate Engineering team. Work alongside engaged colleagues in the Support team.
