Serve as the main technical product consultant for Wingtra stakeholders in the EMEA region, aiding customers and partners to maximize product utilization through best-in-class support handling and subject matter expertise. Leverage knowledge and experience in drone workflows, photogrammetry, geomatics, and surveying to support requests and investigate technical issues. Demonstrate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, working closely with our engineers in Zurich and partners in EMEA to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize product performance.
