Responsible for supporting a large Mainframe payroll application. Candidate will be trained under 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift for full support. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are needed.

Channel client experiences of Ensono services to Ensono’s Product Organization, thereby transforming processes, people, technology and culture. Focus on client experience quality at all levels, acting as a client advocate, ensuring the client’s voice is heard. Incorporate Ensono services into recommendations that have genuine value for clients.
