You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with goals related to patient care, access, treatment processes, patient identification, and ultimately to improve the end user’s experience. As a Health IT Specialist, you will provide support to the healthcare team by providing education on EHR functionality, patient care gaps, workflow, and identifying opportunities for clinical information system improvements.
