Manage user rights and Salesforce configuration in coordination with the IT team. Responsible for documentation and user training in Salesforce. Represent MS RC in the group's ARROW team. Coordinate weekly face-to-face ARROW sessions (agenda, moderation, minutes). Promote sales training and continuous improvement of the ARROW process. Monitor process performance and support workflow improvement.
