This is a 100% remote role in Romania. The Technical Support Engineer will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in application support, excellent English communication skills, and good knowledge of database manipulation and IIS troubleshooting. The Engineer will work in shifts and coordinate with multiple teams to solve issues, while possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
