As a Customer Implementation Specialist (CIS), you will accompany Sales during the confirmation to have a joint view with the prospect on what is expected from signing till go-live and invitation of first users. You will support Sales and Customer Success teams in answering RFIs and RFPs and drive adoption of SSO, User Provisioning, and other assets.
