The Business Administration team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to oversee our Product Support and Product Optimization areas. This role involves leading highly productive teams, supporting large software platforms, and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders. Critical to this role is clear communication and effective collaboration with IT leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to align the team and solutions with business objectives.

Develop and maintain the DAI technical infrastructure and architecture, ensuring alignment with application functional requirements. Provide sustainment support to resolve key technical issues and ensure integration of all technical components. Follow and improve plans and tasks related to platform performance, dependability, security, disaster recovery, and operational readiness. Conduct hardware sizing, system performance tuning, and upgradeability reviews to advise on the DAI technical architecture baseline.
