Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver qualified leads to our Sales team. As the architect of our lead generation engine, you'll ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently as we scale. You'll manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed their targets and reach their full potential by designing, implementing, and optimizing BDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
