Proactively advises internal clients and provides support to 1Password on a variety of legal matters including contracts, marketing and legal/regulatory compliance. You will also work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders on 1Password’s wide-ranging legal needs, focusing on supporting the Go to Market team and drafting commercial documents.

Handle a full and varied caseload of Conveyancing matters, including Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold. You'll utilize legal systems, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with clients.

Lead a team responsible for reviewing KYC data, messaging, and voice compliance on Twilio’s platform, serving as a point of contact for internal and external escalations. Direct the day to day activities of your team to ensure Service Level Agreements are being consistently met and act as the point of contact for high value customer incidents and escalations.

Advise the UK government on its forthcoming AI bill, making recommendations for how the UK can utilise its unique position on the global stage to limit risks from AGI. As UK Policy Advocate/Lead, you will build awareness among key stakeholders about the fundamentals of AI safety, support the UK's domestic regulation of AI, and further the role of the UK in shaping global governance of AI.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Stock Option plan (BSPCE, BSA...), structuring capital operations related to this plan, operational management of the capitalization table, and maintaining corporate legal documentation.

This role involves serving as Corporate Counsel for European and Middle East public sector contracting, supporting ServiceNow’s SaaS and professional services sales to public sector customers, with additional support for related commercial customers. The role includes public sector procurements, negotiations, and throughout the contract performance, supporting public sector tenders and related agreements.

Serve as the firm’s nominated officer under Regulation 21 of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended) (the “MLR”). Maintain and oversee the firm’s AML/CTF/CPF compliance framework, ensuring alignment with the MLR, FCA expectations and the FCA Financial Crime Guide (“FCG”). Design and oversee the implementation of appropriate AML/CFT monitoring systems and controls, in the context of outsourcing day-to-day financial crime processes.

Lead the strategic expansion of our Jobs 2030 reskilling initiative across the UK, attracting new member partners, and championing the initiative with senior government officials, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders. You’ll take a hands-on approach to stakeholder and government engagement, partnership building, and high-level advocacy. This is a strategic, high-profile position for someone who excels at the intersection of public affairs, government relations, coalition building, and programme advocacy.
