This position provides oversight of Third Party Administrators in the handling of General Liability, Construction, Excess, Medical Malpractice and Trucking related claims. The candidate will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities as well as ensuring appropriate investigations of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out. This position reports to a line of Business Director.

This client-facing position is responsible for leading privacy assessments, supporting global compliance initiatives, and managing relationships with a diverse client portfolio. The role also includes engagement with organizations across the United States, Europe, and other regions of Asia. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering TrustArc’s certification programs and privacy operations services.
