In this individual contributor role, you’ll centralize and mature servicing compliance for Card, Deposits, and B2B Servicing, embedding requirements in day-to-day operations, providing credible challenge, and driving durable fixes where gaps exist. You’ll partner with Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to build and maintain policies, procedures, and control standards; strengthen risk-based monitoring and testing (including thoughtful automation); coordinate responses to audits/exams and bank-partner inquiries; and align servicing standards across consumer and small-business accounts.
