This role ensures effective management of compliance risk, including overseeing the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA), driving alignment with other LM assurance functions (risk, audit, etc.), and delivering actionable compliance insights to help leaders manage risk effectively. The Sr. Business Compliance Officer leads our Compliance Risk Coordination team, comprised of experienced compliance professionals who oversee execution and enhancements to the CRA, and collaboration with other assurance functions.
