COMPLY is seeking a polished and experienced compliance professional to join our Regulatory Services team as SVP, Regulatory Services. As a leader within this group, this person will oversee a team of junior and senior compliance consultants. This role involves team leadership, strategic planning, client communication, and business development, with a focus on driving results and maintaining high-quality standards.
As Corporate Counsel, you will work with Swan’s General Counsel to help define and execute the legal strategy for the entire company, delivering against mission critical goals as we continue our growth. This strategic role will work with the senior leadership team on company-wide legal matters including regulatory compliance, contracts, vendor agreements, financings, and transactions.
As the Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will provide legal and business advice on Marqeta’s customer, bank and network partner, and vendor contracts, improving Marqeta’s contracting processes. You'll work closely with attorneys and outside counsel, building strong relationships across the Company and with leadership on legal matters relating to Marqeta’s customers, partners and vendors.
