Plays a key role in oversight and execution of all daily reviews related to Consumer Compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements inclusive of UDAAP and Reg. E. Supports compliance management in reviewing consumer complaints and reviewing new products and services to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Reports directly to Greenlight’s Compliance Manager/Associate.

As the Lead, Regulatory Compliance, you will be the subject matter expert across consumer finance regulation. You will shape and execute the Compliance Management System, working with the Head of Compliance in issue management/resolution, internal testing, and regulatory review. This role involves collaborating with inter-departmental business unit owners and fostering a culture of compliance.
