Exceed customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest possible level. This role involves pre-site verifications, system installations, technical support, and customer training. Perform maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and manage spare parts. Act as a liaison for customers and provide feedback to improve processes.
