Play a critical role in Pair Team's whole-person, interdisciplinary care model by providing mental health resources and therapeutic interventions for individuals living with Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, experiencing homelessness, and/or those who have high medical needs. The Behavioral Health Care Manager will work in a team-based model.

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person). Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans. Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs). Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance.
