Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations. Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute. Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers.
