Lead campuses as an innovative facilities operating expert, operating with an extensive understanding for the contractual process, possessing sales-mindedness, negotiate and close multi-million-dollar contracts, navigate challenging client priorities, and influencing clients on contractual agreements.

Maven is looking for a hands-on leader to recruit, support, and develop the instructors who power our platform. You will 10x our instructor base, and lead a team that manages their onboarding, retention, and success. You will cultivate an instructor community, foster loyalty and a sense of belonging in an elite network. You will also oversee both customer and instructor support.
