This role will work closely with the COO to ensure the business runs smoothly across legal, financial, and operational fronts. The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple teams and jurisdictions. You’ll help implement policies across the Veda network, while ensuring that daily operations, record-keeping, and reporting are clean, timely, and audit-ready.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented associate to oversee the financial, operational, and compliance aspects of our Research and Development (R&D) organization. Reporting directly to the CPO and CTO, this role will manage the R&D operational expense budget, optimize CapEx and CoGS, ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, and handle software capitalization across multiple jurisdictions.
