The Director, Operations is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the CCS contact center, defining policies and procedures for the call center to execute. This position leads cross functional operational service delivery initiatives, oversees day-to-day operations, drives execution of growth initiatives, and ensures service delivery standards.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative team managing multiple job tasks. Responsibilities include compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, state radiation training), procurement, and training of back-office staff on clinical procedures. The position requires travel and residence in MD, NJ, or PA.

Lead, train and motivate a growing Team, communicate with leadership, and lead the Audit Team which receives requests from Payors. Comfortable bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions, manage requests, oversee escalation calls, and participate in project teams. Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues.
