As Director of Contributor Success and Engagement for CrowdGen, you'll lead the strategy to retain and develop our Contributors (Crowd), improving NPS and Satisfaction scores, and deepening engagement across our global Crowd. You'll design and deliver an innovative program to promote loyalty, retention, and performance that make gig work more rewarding, motivating, and human.
